Colleen has more than 20 years of experience in health care, having worked on major brands in the areas of women’s health, contraception, rare and ultra-rare diseases, hematology, nephrology, rheumatology, infectious disease, cardiovascular disease, medical devices and biotech protein development.
Colleen spent the majority of her career as a senior executive at McCann Health, a division of McCann Worldgroup, where she specialized in turnaround scenarios, change management, international business, and multi-specialty clients. Key areas of expertise also include branding, positioning, segmentation strategy, strategic storytelling, business development, and organic growth for Global and US healthcare brands from top Pharma clients including Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Novartis, and Merck.
In addition to her significant US experience, Colleen has traveled extensively and has lived and worked abroad. She was the first healthcare practice recipient of McCann Worldgroup Kummel Exchange scholarship and first to be placed on assignment in Tokyo, Japan.
Other awards and recognition for Colleen include: Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association “Rising Star” (2006), McCann Worldgroup International Leadership Development Program (2008) and Med Ad News Agency Brand Team of the Year (nominee) for the Pradaxa US launch (2011).
Colleen is also a writer, storyteller, performer and coach appearing on podcasts and in live shows all over NYC.
