Ana González Herrera

As the founder of AG Casa, Ana gets personally involved with every project. Ana is originally from Spain, and comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Her aim is to ensure her client’s satisfaction and has the ability to put herself in the “brand’s shoes” due to her extensive industry experience. She has had a global career in the US, London, Germany and markets worldwide for a variety of brands.

Ana has 17 years of experience in corporations, medium size companies and start-ups. She is an industry sales & marketing veteran for brands in diverse distribution channels and has a track record of transformational growth. She has held leadership positions at Red Carnation Hotels, Kao Corporation, Babor, Pangaea Laboratories and Barnet Medical Devices.

Her portfolio of distributor and retail partners are the result of her collaborative approach and relationships built over the years across multiple geographical regions worldwide.

Ana has also gained extensive knowledge in executive management from London School of Economics and leadership & Cornell University.

Brand Strategist

Rohini is a brand development and marketing executive with over 17 years of experience in building brands and integrated marketing campaigns. She has held senior management roles at a range of creative agencies including Arnell, Organic / BBDO and Gotham. Most recently, Rohini was Senior Vice President, Brand Planning Director at Arnold Worldwide.

Her clients have been start-ups, small businesses and global Fortune 500 brands including PepsiCo, Belvedere Vodka, Olay, Revlon, Almay, Maybelline, Bank of America, John Frieda and Jergens.

Her passion lies at the intersection of culture, commerce, creativity and innovation. It is this intricate mix of elements that make up the brands that consumers love. And, she believes that this love is what ultimately drives business results.

Rohini’s skill set includes research, trend analysis, brand positioning, brand architecture, digital strategy, social strategy and integrated communications development. She is able to lead brand and marketing projects from initial strategic development through to implementation.

Creative Director + Art Director

In his career, Chris helped build the brands of Perrier-Jouet, P&G, Novartis, Westin and Sheraton Hotels. His “Feel Better” campaign for the re-launch of Tylenol garnered many awards, helping Deutsch win “Agency of the Year” three times over. The last 10 years of his career have been spent building global beauty brands such as Olay, Jergens, John Frieda and Curél.

His work has been recognized by Graphis Design Annual and Adage magazine, has been named Spot of the Year by Adweek, and has won several Addy and Effie Awards.

Creative Director + Copywriter

Over the course of her career, Katie has breathed life into brands big and small, such as Jergens, John Frieda, Curél and Hershey’s Lancaster. And she’s flawlessly adapted the voices of global powerhouses like Clinique, McDonald’s, Toyota and Crest. In a previous position, she overhauled the entire agency process allowing teams to brainstorm unexpected media ideas for creative solutions on smaller budgets.

Her work has been recognized by the One Show, Communication Arts and AdAge Magazine. And has been named Agency Spot of the Week by Adweek.

Marketing/advertising creative

Mindy is a marketing/advertising creative leader and writer with over 15 years of experience positioning blockbuster and niche healthcare brands in global and domestic markets. Her vision and contributions have helped top shops like Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare, Sudler & Hennessey and Juice Pharma Worldwide grow their client roster and manage their inline business. She has expertise in a range of therapeutic categories including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, gynecology, hematology, immunology, neurology, oncology, oral health, patient advocacy, pediatrics, urology, rare diseases, rheumatology, and virology. Her work has been recognized by MM&M as well as RX Awards. She has also served as a Clio Healthcare Jury Member.

At AG CASA, Mindy works as a strategic brand steward that transforms data and customer insights into compelling creative initiatives that, ultimately, provide clients with a return on their investment. She is passionate about being on the forefront of what’s next in technology and integrating them into ideas for meaningful impact. Her goal is to always provide clients with conceptual ideas that move the needle towards profitability and transcend mediums of communications.

Payer Strategist

Matt has more than 25 years of pharmaceutical experience and has held leadership positions in brand and payer marketing, strategic planning, business development, and healthcare policy. He has worked in market access across all customer segments, providing clients with strategic insights, brand implications and tactical recommendations.

He has extensive experience in specialty and chronic therapeutic areas including distribution, hospitals, IDNs and ACOs in both in pre launch and launch phases.

In addition to his agency experience, Matt was a Product Director at Forest Laboratories, leading managed healthcare business planning and development of strategies for pricing, reimbursement, contracting for all customer segments.

He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.

Developer & Designer

Luis has more than 20 years of experience as a multimedia designer: graphic designer, website front-end developer, 3d computer animation and video editing. Passionate about computer graphics since he was a teenager, Luis become the youngest 3D animation & video editing instructor.

He got his first job as a web designer at RSLcom (Estée Lauder family). Post closure of the Group, Luis created his visual production company. He enjoys being part of the international team at AG CASA and knows Ana since their teenage years.
